This Lawyer helped us out of a hopeless situation! My daughter had over 130,000. in old student loans which were over 10 years old and she dropped out of college in her 3rd year. So no degree and no job to repay them. I was not in a position to pay them either. Mr. Fernandez gave us a great deal. We hired him to go to court against the company suing us. He was able to get them all thrown out. I would not hesitate - Hire him he will help you!

Unfortunately, we were caught off guard regarding an unknown garnishment. The bank withdrew 3 times the actual original amount without serving us with notice. No one at the bank or collection agency would give us answers to our questions. which led to extreme frustration.
