Brett Podolsky represented me in a major possesion with intent to deliver methamphetamine case. I was looking at a possible life sentence. I had been through two lawyers and several months of coming to court and the DA was intent on sending me to prison for a long time. Neither of my previous lawyers could get anywhere with the case. I finally was able to hire Mr. Podolsky and he fought the case tooth and nail. He investigated all the legal issues, evidence and the witnesses in the case. After he dismantled the State's case they had no choice but to dismiss all charges. I walked out of the courtroom a free man thanks to Brett's hard work. I would recommend him to anyone caught up in the criminal justice system.

About 6 years ago I needed an attorney for my family. He was wonderful and understanding and got the job done. I had hired another attorney before meeting with Mr Podolsky and got ripped off. ($2500.00) If i ever need an attorney again Brett will be my only chioce.
