I had a great experience at Lavish Looks. I initially found them on instagram and made a decision to give them a try after I had some horrible experiences with "instagram famous hairstylist" that don't care about there customer. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and everything was clean. My stylist Ra was so nice and had great customer service. I'm very big on customer service wherever I go , the owner and everyone else was so nice they all spoke and it was a peaceful experience. I usually hate going to salons because of my bad experiences but I can tell they take their consumer seriously here at Lavish. Ra asked me exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my curls to look and made sure it was done properly. She gave me the best closure sewin I ever had and I've had plenty. She's patient and knows what she's doing. I had no idea how my experience was going to be when I first booked but I'm extremely pleased. Ra is now my go to and permanent hairstylist I won't go anywhere else. I have a lot of hair and she managed to get my closure so flat its crazy. My bf loves it and I do too. Not sure if what people experienced in the past , but you can tell everyone in that salon has stepped their game up. They won themselves a loyal customer. Please ask for Ra when booking , very knowledgeable, talented and funny!

Very unprofessional place Fancy and Erica will make your edges come out with their Weave jobs. I DID NOT REMEMBER SEEING ANY LICENSE FOR ALL THE STYLIST WORKING THERE. FANCY IS RHUDE AND ACT LIKE SHE DO NOT WANT TO BE AT WORK AND SHE IS A LIAR TOO. Please you all do not waste your time going to this crappy place they have better stylist here in HTOWN THAT ARE CLEANER AND MORE POFESSIONAL. Fancy act like she is at a CABARET .

When i first book my appointment i went to the website and really liked the hairstyles i seen and decided to book an appointment for a sew in for saturday afternoon. So saturday came around my appointment was at 4:00pm which i arrived on time for only to be told Fancy (the person i booked the appoinment for) was not their, so i took a seat and waited for her, when i looked at my clock it was almost 5:30 and she still had not arrived, I asked one of the sylist that works in the front if she was coming she replied "o I dont know",my hair was a completey a mess, and i had a flight the next day so i didnt want to leave and go somewhere else, finally around 5:45pm Fancy showed up. I got 3 bundles of hair and a sew in , she did my hair and it took her almost 3 hours to finish because she had 3 other girls getting sew ins at the SAME TIME, let me tell you i was very upset but i didnt let it show , as i looked around the salon I noticed TRASH bags were filled with trash, the floors were dirty and the chairs had hair color all over them. This salon is FAR from "fancy" its disgusting and i would never go back or reccommend anyone wantitng to get their hair done here STAY AWAY.

This is great place for all of your hair, nail, and makeup needs. I have been here several times and not only did I get great service, I had a great time as well. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Appointments are easily made and the stylists are very flexible. They offer a wide variety of services so you will have no trouble finding what it is you need to get done. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the Houston area in need of a great hairstylist. The owner is awesome and will make sure you are taken care of.

I bought a Dealfind from this "salon"..I called on Saturday & made an appt. for the following Tuesday @ 2:00. I showed up on time & was told they didn't have an appt scheduled for me. And there was only 1 tech that worked there, so I couldn't possibly have made an appt with her, so they couldn't honor my mani-pedi I had already paid for!! She basically called me a LIAR!!! Not a good way to run a business. If you are going to offer these deals you should have the employees to honor them.. You lost my business & a couple of my neighbors who were looking for a new nail salon since ours had closed.
