I have no one to blame but myself for not figuring out how much of my stuff was being stolen by Maria despite the fact we helped her look after her sister who went blind in one eye after crossing the border illegally. She can keep the gold bracelet, the Coach bag, the silver plates with the "M" on them, the napkins with the "M" on them, the table runner, the coat and the other stuff. What I want back is my grandmother's costume broach in the shape of a cross with the red crystals, and I am willing to buy it. I still have the same home phone. So, have Maria call me and we can make a deal for the one thing that has no value to anyone but me. I know there are several thousand women named Maria Ramirez.

Alfred, the owner, took our money with no problem at all however we still have no help and its been 10 months. the help he found us did NOT even come close to meeting the criteria we gave to him. He does not return phone calls in a timely manner once he has your money and when you finally get in to interview the large group of interviewees he says he will have there is only 1-2 people to choose from (this happened multiple times and he uses the same excuse that the others didnt show up. He obviously does not care about what he does and should not be in the business at all. He left us with 3 kids under 4 with no help as i was needing to return to work.. He puts on a great front at first but once he find you help and they dont work out he is hands off-

I would not recommend using this agency at all. I have personal experience with using for my 2 small children. The finders fees are outrageous-$500 and the nanny turnover rate is very high. The agency is non responsive to your needs or concerns or what the nature of this business is all about.....the right fit for the children. ( I would not even recommend a one star rating) When tax time comes around- and you try to reach AlFred for the Tax ID#, you will never get it. It is one year later, and I am still waiting on it.

The agency was a source of frustration and a tremendous loss of money.

AWFUL experience.....I NEVER write bad reviews. I am the most understanding person but this man took my payment ( i should have never paid him up front) and got me 1 interview with 4 ladies and NONE were what I ask for. I drove 1 hour 8 months pregnant, knowing my situation with 3 babies under 3 as well and has NEVER got me anyone else nor returned emails or calls. I actually turned him into the BBB and my attorney. ITs not the money but the point that this man is ripping people off in my opinion or he did me and I do not want him to do it to anyone else. $550 is what he took from me and didnt get me anyone, nor even tried to tell me that he couldnt help me. Just kept the money. PLEASE DO NOT USE HIM! Care. is a great webstie for nanny services and sittercity.. I hate that I had to write this but I feel its only fair to make sure other people do not use him.
