I had very negative experience with this company. I bought a Groupon for my daughter for a year of unlimited laser hair removal in 2016. The San Antonio location canceled many of my daughter's appointments with minimal notice. They also closed down their office and moved to a new location without notice. We had to wait for them to reopen and keep calling to get any information. They eventually did reopen. My daughter later paid $200 directly to the San Antonio office to do 8 laser treatments for another area. However, after about 2 treatments, she got another text in October 2017 saying they had AGAIN closed their office location and would contact her with further information later. She never heard from them again. I have placed at least 15 phone calls to the various numbers I can track down for this place over the last 2 months. Despite so many voicemail messages, along with emails to their website and facebook pages, I have not been able to get anyone at corporate to call me back. I did manage to finally speak with someone named Lori at the Houston location (she said she was the manager for that location) who assured me that corporate would issue refunds in the order they received requests for such, and that all I had to do was call and leave my information on yet another phone number. I did that. Several times. I also asked to be called back. I never got a response from corporate in way of return call or refund. I have left more messages since then and sent more emails, again with NO RESPONSE from corporate. I am finding similar stories posted online about this company as I try to research them because of this issue. Of note, someone else who posted a negative review on their Facebook page was contacted and told to email her information to denise56broden47@gmail.com. That is supposedly a contact for corporate. However, that customer says she hasn't gotten a response to that email and nor have I.

They do not return calls. I have only made it to one appt. They cancel on me and never returned my calls for rescheduling. I finally got in touch with someone and they claim both offices are in the process of moving. When asked where? They said they do not have the address. This sounds like they are avoiding trying to complete a treatment that was already paid for. Do not buy anything from this company if you do not want to waste your time or money. I already found another company and they have been very professional. They do return calls and keep and have been having follow up appointments.
