I was lucky to find Dr. Larka four years ago. She was recommended to me by my previous podiatrist, whom I had to leave due to a change in insurance coverage. I'm diabetic, 76 years old, and it's important for me to walk regularly for exercise. However, I'm no longer able to trim my toe nails and callouses myself. Dr. Larka has provided regular treatment of that type for me very satisfactorily, In addition, she periodically fits me with orthotic inserts, and my callouses have disappeard over a period of about two years. She also performed surgery for me, removing a bone spur between my toes that was causing me considerable pain about a year ago. She is very conscientious, caring and professional. I'm glad she's my podiatrist, and I recommend her without reservation to anyone.
