Steer clear of this store. I drove from Katy so that I could see some examples of Moissanite engagement rings and they had just a few rings in stock. So I showed the clerk Asama the ring that I found on line and even emailed her the particulars while I was in the store with her. She promised me that she would personally contact corporate and get back with me in a few days to let me know what a price quote would be for the ring. That was 11/27, a week later I called the store and spoke with the manager " I didn't catch her name" and she assured me that eventhough the following day was her day off, she was going to personally call corporate to find out if they could do the custom requested engagement ring. I NEVER heard back. Apparently they don't want the business nor the commission off of the sale. The most HORRIBLE follow up and customer service EVER! I decided to give my business to another vendor.
