Very polite and elaborate. I went today because I thought my 1997 Honda Crv's transmission was having issues due to not being able to accelerate smoothly as I would like. Not to mention my drivers door/window would not open. It was all 140 for transmission fluid oil check and fixing my door. Including the labor, I know it would have been more expensive at Firestone or some branded place . This close by community shop was also recommended by my co worker who lives in the southbelt area.

Overall great experience

I was refused service twice by this place. I tried going one day about two weeks ago, and a man told me the mechanic wasn't there. He said he'd be back in 2 weeks. I drive by there all the time, and they have always been working on cars. I went back today and the man angrily told me "I told you, mechanic not coming back for 2 weeks!" I said I see them working on cars all the time. "Yeah, but mechanic not coming back for 2 weeks!" I said, "Another 2 weeks? He smirked and said, "Yeah!"

I CAN NOT get ANY kind of a straight answers from this auto repair buisiness. When I explained I lived less than 1/2 mile from them would they be able to bring me back home and bring my car back to me. He told me he could bring me back when I dropped it off BUT they were too busy to bring it back to me. I had a bad feeling about this place from the moment I stopped by the first time just to check it out. I would sujest going to the next shop down the road. If going less than 1/2 mile for a customer is too much.... it concerns for repars they want to CHARGE me for.
