Laird Landscaping re-designed and re-built the front walk, back patio, and all associated front and back landscaping for our home in the Katy area. They do exceptional work, and we have been extremely pleased with the results. They listen to what you want, develop the design for your review, and then implement it. They also communicate in advance when they expect to start and the property access they will need. We think of them more as craftsmen than as landscapers. They fully understand that, during the course of their work, they may interfere with the homeowner’s daily home access. So at the end of each day, everything is cleaned up as much as practical and possible. And at the end of the job, the entire area is fully cleaned up, as if they were never there. Laird Landscaping is a highly professional organization, with highly skilled workers who know exactly what they are doing. We highly recommend them.

Laird’s Landscaping was recommended to us by a neighbor that Laird’s had done work for in the past. We had a root issue that was causing a portion of our front sidewalk to raise. I met with Trey Laird and decided to proceed with the project that included installing a root barrier and redoing a large portion of our sidewalk. In the process of the project, portions of a front flower bed, including stone work had to moved to lay the new sidewalk. The end result was better than I expected. Mr. Laird and his crews are very professional and the quality of workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend Laird’s Landscaping.

After five years of neglecting my landscaping, I called Laird Landscaping, which was recommended to me by my neighborhood "Best" book. Mark Corley came out and spent two hours here, walking the property and showing me what he planned to do. He was a total pleasure to work with and left me with both a price and a plan. Today he and his crew have completed the job, and I couldn't be happier. Jose and his crew were professionals, fast and neat. They pulled up trees, reused what they could, and planted what would give me exactly the look I wanted. Mark was the true visionary. He explained step by step what was to be done and how long it would take. They cleaned up everything before they left, even hauling off some old patio furniture I no longer wanted. The outside of my house has been completely transformed, and I love it!!! Thank you to everyone from Laird Landscape... they are the BEST?

Love Laird Landscaping!! They redesigned the front and back yards, built an extended beautiful paver patio, installed sprinkler system, laid new sidewalk in front with brick inlay, resodded, and installed landscape lighting. I am convinced we have found the best lanscaping company in the Houston and Katy area. We hired Laird landscaping to completely redesign our front and side yard. They removed large bushes, planted new trees, redesigned flower beds and resodded. In the backyard they resolved longstanding drainage problems & designed stone & flagstone patios. Mark and his crew were very reliable, skilled, and very approachable. They welcomed our feedback and adapted plans as necessary. Mark and Jose provided daily updates keeping us informed throughout the project. Mark worked with our family regarding budget and project time line. Five years ago we hired Laird Landscaping for a total redo of our front yard; new beds, landscaping, lighting, walkways, removal of old trees and planting of a new live oak in the front and red oaks in the back, cedar accent fencing and cedar posts on the front porch. Otis Laird provided us with a layout of the design, costs, etc. and when the job was complete, it was exactly as proposed. Our front yard was transformed and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome or with the quality of the work performed. We constantly receive compliments. Over the years we have hired Laird Landscaping in the spring to clean up our existing landscaping in both the front and back yards. This year, in addition to the annual clean up, we hired Laird to redo our backyard, complete with patio cover, new fencing, clearing out existing beds and putting in all new plantings. Laird Landscaping completely transformed our back yard. It is a beautiful oasis and we love the patio cover! The team at Laird Landscaping can be relied upon to provide professional, dependable and quality workmanship. Laird Landscaping just completed a major redo to our front and back yards. They re-worked the front beds and totally landscaped the backyard, including beds, trees, lighting, and a small fence for a dog yard. Everything was completed in an excellent manner. Mark kept in constant communication with me and all the workers were very professional. I would definitely recommend Laird Landscaping to others.

We had our backyard totally redone - ground graded, new soil, plants, the whole works. In the front yard, we had new beds built and all new plants. I am SO happy with the results. The entire process, from start to finish, was so easy. I really appreciate the professionalism of Mark and the other workers. We finally have a backyard that I am proud of abs that I love spending time in. Would I use them again - YES! Would I recommend to a friend - absolutely.

Our property needed significant upgrading of drainage and landscaping. The Laird team provided excellent consultation and recommendations, was proactive with their communication, completed the project on budget and on time, and the crew provided excellent services. Laird Landscaping recently completed a major redo of our backyard. The job included demolition and redesign of walkway and patio, as well as complete resign of the green scape. From the initial meeting to the final walk through, each step along the way we were informed and educated about the process. We were impressed daily by the professional work of each member of the team. Each is respectful of and respected by the other. The landscape architect and supervisor , the planting crew, the crew in charge of hard scape, all worked in a very coordinated way. I was home during the day and was able to see the skill involved with the transformation of our backyard. This was not an inexpensive project, but we feel we got great value from Laird. It was a job well and expertly done. The result is beyond what we could have imagined and we will enjoy the new space for many years to come.

The guys at Laird did an outstanding job on our yard. They were interested, engaged and professional. The crews were hard working and punctual, and their worksite (aka our yard) was cleaned up every night when they were finished. We had solid lines of communication throughout. Pricing was not cheap - but we have hired bargain suppliers before, and it ended up costing more in the end to fix poor work. I would say that they are as strong on design as they are on execution, and are very creative. Five stars.

Mr. Laird and his wonderful crew totally renewed our backyard . The design reflected our requests and creative solutions to our yards challenges. The crew was professional and made the demolition and instalation much less stressful than our previous remodeling experiences. Our backyard is a source of joy to us and we would not hesitate to recommend Laird Landscaping to our friends and neighbors.

We had a very bad experience with a contractor who took our money and deserted the job. That is where Laird Landscaping came in. The resumed our project and restored our faith that it could be completed and to our satisfaction. They brought integrity, respect and punctuality to our project. They respected our property and maintained a clean job site. Every employee whether mason or landscape crew was professional and extremely skilled. In addition Mr. Laird as well as Trey Laird oversaw the work and made sure it was going as planned. Now we have an amazing patio and fireplace to enjoy, not to mention a killer drainage system! I cannot more highly recommend them if you have landscaping, hardscaping or drainage needs. They are truly a great group of people to work with and i would call them in a heartbeat for another job.!!
