Each building has major bed bug, and roach problems. You must pay for bed bug removal, which never works because they are everywhere. Parking is all but impossible, rents go up every renewal, to the tune of $50.00and up, and if you do want parking add another $25. or $30.00. Management definitely has favorites, gives approval for parties that end up very, very LOUD. So, stay on the good side of the mgr., don't put in maintenance requests, or God forbid, NEVER, NEVER, ask for any kind of replacement for anything broke, or just plain worn out. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You do not want to move here this place is full of thugs . The management does not like to do repairs if it cost them any kind of money .. This place also has a major roach infestation. . i would not move here bad place to live ..

Speaking strictly about buildings 1, 2 and 3, if you're looking to move here AVOID THOSE BUILDINGS. PLEASE! There's not much property management can do to assist you with the amount of noise, at least from my perspective. I've contacted them on numerous occasion (more than 6 times) between December until last week regarding the noise on the weekends. There are 3 apartments in Building 2 where it seems to be most apparent and unceasing. It's funny. When I first moved here I knew this would be the place I would live for years. It was so peaceful no one in your business... serene even. Now, between Thursday and Sunday you WILL (no even possibly) see men smoke weed out in broad day light while BBQ'ing but that bothers me only some... it's just the noise. The ridiculous level of inconsiderate music that comes from building 2. So, it's not that I'm not recommending Laguna Vista just don't move in Building 1, 2, and 3 where each of those building are facing each other on the inside of the complex. You will be locked in contractual annoyance.
