This place is horrible she sold me some off brand xpression braid hair. It didn't appear to look right in the package but I was in a hurry so I left. When my braider saw the hair she told me immediately it couldn't be used due to it being rough. she opened one package and told me to feel the hair it felt rough and dry. I called the owner to let her know what happened and asked could I return it( this was 5 min upon arriving at the braiders house) she stated no and that I could do an exchange. Not being funny but there was nothing else I wanted but my money. I tried to support a black owned beauty supply but never again. I still have the hair sitting in the back of my car. The braider ended up using some hair she had in bags.

Great selection she's always adding new products, they even carry department store brands makeup. Since I found Lady Bird's I don't go anywhere else!
