I visited the store for the first time today 4/19/2011. I have a 7 month old baby. To make long story short well my son touched a small champagne cup and fell and broke. The ladies comment was the they will be short one now (for the wrack arrangement) that was it!!! I kept looking and by that time her mooted changed, every time i asked something she responde as if i was bothering her. I exit the store, the lady that was on the phone told the other one to catch up to me so i can pay for the cup. i said fine let me get my purse and my son back out of the car seat. I went inside the store and other lady was of the phone and ready to charge $7.99 for 1 small champagne cup. I totally agree to pay if u brake, but the whole experience was not one to bring me back to the store as a customer and much less recommend anyone.
