Do not rent here. There is lots of other good appt. around here. The people in the office don't know what they are doing. They go throw managers like nothing. I stayed here over a yr and seen about 4 new managers. They never get things fix. There are alot of bugs in the appt. Cars get broken into almost every night. You have to pay a % of the city bill for the building you live in. And that can cost you a big penny. Safety is very poor. The pool is not clean like they say they do. Then once you move out. They try to say you own them money. They are very rude. I will not recommend this appt. to anyone. All of the neighbors I knew are very unhappy. When it rains. There is mud every where. There so call on site guard does nothing but just too busy sitting in the car. When and if they are by the gate. They let in anyone. So PLEASE don't rent here. You will full like you are in hell. I know because I been there for over a yr. I know I will never ever move into a place tell I look them up and read about them. There has been lots of complaints against them. If I could, I would give it a very terrible rating. Do your homework before you move into a new place.

Do not live here. I still have a lease. They make it sound all pretty. But once you get in. Thinking it is a nice place to live. You get bombed. They are full of UTI students having parties every weekend. They have no guards at the gate. They are too busy sitting in their cars. And if you like walking your dog and some guy on the other side of the fence shooting and asault riffle. Then by all means. This is the place for you. Oh and the staff are nothing but a bunch of rude people. The young one in the front is too busy flirting. So lord forbid you actually make her work. Because you will get attitude. Can't wait to get out of here. Don't let them fool you about their renovations. Anything is pretty with a coat of paint.

THESE ARE THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER IM READY FOR THIS LEASE TO END NOW!!! nothing ever gets fixed ever the office personel very very rude i was once told by her "what you pay for is what you get", when i complained about the whole in the wall that the maintenence crew did and the mold growing underneath the carpet.The trash that we pay for to get picked up that never gets picked up and the dirty water that we have the water turns white and when you boil it it has dirt balls and dirt all around the pot no joke gross and we barley ever have hot water and the apts dont act like they care.We have $ex offenders that stay on property that they deny we have and too much goes on here everyone is moving out i wouldnt recommend any one to stay here anyone I CAINT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE ENDS!!! dont get suckered by the sale that they have going 1.00 move in or the pretty flowers in the front because youll be disappointed when your here waiting on your lease to end like my family!!!!
