They do not know the meaning of good customer service. I went it to have my oil change and fuel injectors cleaned. I was met by a kid with his pants down around his ankles he said we only do oil changes. Another young man came up he was very nice and told me they could change my oil but they did not have a mechanic there at that time and could not clean the injectors at this time. When I went in to the office I was greeted with "next time just part in the lot someone will come get you when it is your turn" he then turned and walked away. I will NEVER go there again. If I could rate this at -5 stars that is what they would get.

Customer Service sucks, use to be our place for our cars, until one day we went there and the "owner" got loud with my dad. He was trying to get his inspection and oil change done, but didnt have his insurance paper, was trying to get it faxed over to them, and he asked if he had gotten the fax, this were the words of the owner "I ONLY HAVE TO HANDS, WAIT FOR YOUR TURN LIKE OTHERS" (with another customer infront)....VERY DISRESPECTFUL!
