Placed online order 1-31-12. 2 months later still no delivery. No response to e-mails or telephone. PayPal won't resolve a claim after 45 days. This used to be a decent site but no more

I placed an order novenber 18th 2011/ still ahve not gotten my order. I have tried the 800 number...all lines are busy message always. no response to my e mail inquirey.

I really enjoyed using the company in the past for my ionic minerals...now don't know what to do. Plus I dont know if I am out the money with no product. If they are out of business...then don't take orders....

I had very good service from this company up until the last order I placed on November 13. I realize the order may still be processing but they have no way to contact them as stated below. Do not answer emails, do not answer either phone number listed. It made me worried enough that I have placed a paypal claim to retrieve my money. I would truly prefer the MSM I ordered as it is far superior to any other I have purchased over the past 15 years - I bought it first from Rich's - but not at the risk of not actually getting the goods and being out $132. Thank goodness for paypal who goes to bat for you.

wish i had found this review before i place an order. ordered products and requested fedex 2 day delivery, since we were going out of town. Needless to say. it has been a week and the order still hasn't arrived. Can get ahold of them either. direct line if full and can't receive messages. never responded to emails. and toll free number keeps saying (as it has for 3 days now) all lines are busy.



steer away from this company. We will dispute charges on our credit card.

My wife placed order on 8/10/11 and had paid for UPS to my work. UPS only delivers M-F so we knew someone would be there to receive it. First problem was that Kornax shipped the pkg via the post office (USPS) not UPS & they addressed the pkg improperly (not as requested in the ship to on their website). After a few weeks of not receiving a tracking number/shipment notice & not receiving the package either she started contacting Kornax. Their 800# is disconnected but their local phone# rings through to leave a message. After a few days of calling & not receiving a phone call back someone, Sergio, finally answered the phone one day. She found out the pkg was sent by the post office & got a tracking # so I could hunt down the package. Sergio also told her that 3 items were on backorder. I finally found the package and Problem #1 was solved! Next I did receive a second partial shipment. (sent by USPS instead of UPS) And then I received a third partial shipment which was to complete the order. (Again sent by USPS instead of UPS).



Problem #2 - However instead of sending the Morning Body Basics that was ordered, they sent a Magnesium, which was not ordered or needed. I rec the 3rd pkg on 9/9/11. She's called them 6 times since (9/15, 9/16, 9/20, 9/26, 9/27) left a message explaining the situation. 10/7/11 tried to leave a message but the voice mail said that the mail box is full & not enough space to leave a message. I’ve also emailed 4 times. No reply to any phone call or email period. Of course her credit card was charged for the full amount on August 10th & she would like the product she paid for not the one they just decided to send instead.



She just filed a complaint with the BBB of Greater Houston and South Texas. We don't know how far that will get us though since Kornax had not even replied to the last 3 complaints filed by other customers with the BBB.



We're really disappointed in this company's lack of customer communication because we do like the products.
