these people do not know anything, if you want to deal with someone you need to deal with the person you spoke to. They will not return our title to our car we paid them a week before our contract was up and they told us that they did not have the title that it was at county, that has been going on for more than two weeks, and the person there keeps saying she was not the one who did the contract that we need to speak with the manager but the manager will not show up she keeps trying to talk to us on the phone she will not come in person we finally told them that we were going to report them to the BBB and not reccomend them and stand outside their business and let people know how they deal, that they finally told us that the manager said our title was lost and if we wanted to go with the manager to get a new title, when they could have told us this a long time ago! I DO NOT AND NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS and i'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I was behind on my loan due to storm and i called because of the man. evac then informed me that it was ok and said to come in when we got back. SO I did and paid them the late charges and then re did the contract. The very next day they cae and took the car then told me i had to pay the hole amount if i wanted yhe car back.
