The company is reliable, professional and most accommodating to your needs. I also believe their year-long warranty is a real money saver. Every time my cat (or one of my guests) messes up my carpet, I have Kiwi re-cleaned it under the warranty at a very reasonable cost. Keep up the good work, Kiwi!
