I have been using Kiwi for about a year and I have been extremely pleased with them. They are always polite and courteous when I am making my appointments and they are always prompt, which I greatly value. The last time I had them come out I had to reschedule twice, and they were so understanding and could always fit me in. I would certianly recommend Kiwi!!

Technician was very thorough, going over every area until my carpets looked great. I've had many carpet cleanings, and this one was definitely a good experience. Technician was right on time, and customer service is also very helpful.

I phone yesterday and spoke with Jack on the Houston Line. He was so friendly and helpful and just as I requested, he gave me a early morning appointment the next day. This is my 4th or 5th time using Kiwi and I appreciate their friendyness and professionalism that I have always recieved.

I had a Berber carper repair that needed patching ane ended up raplacing a room of carpet as well.



Jimmy, my Kiwi technican came out several times as I needed to order carpet. He recommended a store to purchase the carpet. He came back out and was so professional. I was so impressed. I had a patch fixed about a year prior and you could tell it was a patch. After Jimmy fixed the patch, you would barely tell it was a patch, he did such a great job.



I will definatly use Kiwi again!

I an very satisfied with the job they did on both my carpets, couch and loveseat. I have a 2 year contract and it is the best thing I have ever done. I have a brand new grandson who lives with us and the solution that they use to clean the carpet is green and does not irritate him. Excellent Service Representatives and also Customer Service.

That was the only word that came to mind when I thought about Kiwi and the service that they gave me. The tech's were SUPER nice but the job was not done well at all. I had them to clean my microfiber sofa which had an unfortunate incident invoving teenage boys (it was too much for me to clean by hand like I normally do with satisfactory results). Anyway, sofa is still dirty and they are coming back out for a third time with a supervisor this time. I do not believe that it can be cleaned well with out using any extraction just buffing the sofa. We will see and I will change my review accordingly if needed.

Having cleaned carpets professionally, I am ashamed of myself for not doing my homework on this one. In a nutshell, their method of cleaning carpets is almost funny. They spray a mist of "cleaner" with a squirt bottle on the carpet and then use a buffering pad called a bonnet that spins in circles to "extract" the dirt. That is the same train of thought as squirting cleaner on a soiled shirt and rubbing it in and calling the shirt clean. Thinking your shirt is clean using the method explained previously is akin to believing your carpets are cleaner after Kiwi Carpet Cleaning gives you the bill. Just looking at the physics, there is very little extraction if any taking place with the bonnet because the friction of the pad will cause the emulsified dirt to burro back into the carpet. If anything you are just pushing the dirt farther into the carpet which will leave the same smell once the perfumes evaporate. If you value your money and sanity at all, please do not walk but run away from this company.
