Worst customer service, never go again

Do not suggest you to buy from this store. Suresh shenoy and his wife are very arrogant and have bad employees who will con you. A lot of cases are pending against them. Agree with the previous review! A cousin of mine also have experienced something similiar. Very dishonest people they are.

Very bad customer service! Would definitely not recommend this jewelry store to anyone! A friend had given them two pieces of jewelry and they ended up switching the diamond of a lower grade. Didn't notice till after the second appraisal. Now in the process to sue! Similar experiences have happened to other friends as well.
