I brought my Sanyo vacuum in for a tune up and to look at a vibration problem in the roll brush. I dropped it off last week, told them the problem, they said that they would look at it and call me back. Never got a call back, so I just picked it up this week. Basically, they charged me $40 for cleaning up the dust on the outside of the vacuum. He claimed that Sanyo does not manufacture vacuums anymore. I really wish someone would have told me that before I left it there. You're welcome for the $40 Kirby Vacuums of Houston. I hope nobody else wastes their money in your place of business.
