I decided to have my Ao Dai made for my wedding. I asked one of the owners how long it would take to make the dress. He told me one month. I picked out the fabrics and put 50% down payment. He promised me to come back the beginning of next month and try on the dress. I did as told. When I came by, my dress was not put together. The seamtress told me to come back in 2 hours. I finally tried on the scraps that she out together. She told me the dress would take another 3 weeks!!! The next day I came back with my mom to let her know I need the dress sooner. The lady owner ( the model in all those pictures) was screaming and yelling at me. She told me I should have tried on the dress sooner and called her before I came. She said she can't promise my dress can be done sooner because apparently they only make one per day. I tried to explain to her that my deposit was 1 month ago and now it's not ready in time for my picture. She disgarded my position and said it was my fault not hers. I soon realized that she does not care about her customer nor the importance of having my dress on time. I will never recommend her service to anyone. DO NOT BUY MATERIAL FROM THIS STORE. THEY ARE OVERPRICED!!! I PAID $550 FOR MY WEDDING AO DAI!
