BUSINESS GOING BAD ... ...

I didn't know how good the restaurant was in the past, but it's really NOT good nowadays! I went there many times for lunch just because my office was nearby. Why bad? Food's taste couldn't be compared with other Asian places, food's price was not competitive, too many new servers making too many mistakes... Many times we've got FLIES and BUGS fooling around our table, once a small ROACH hidden in the list holder on my table, people brought food out to our table with a little of a THUMB dip into my sauce... once found a long piece of weird white stuff in my chic dish, looked carefully like a WORM, eelk! Silverware was usually with stains on it, as well as on refill pitchers, sticky chairs. If I checked the back of my plate, it's never clean there. Management? One time I saw a woman manager yelling at a waitstaff in front of people, many times we heard woman-voice yells real loud from the kitchen when we were sat nearby its door, weird! My girlfriend told me people works there for $2.15 an hour with no benefit, no overtime paid. Maybe that's why the restaurant can't have good servers, can't offer good services. Then, It always hangs "hiring all staff positions" outside! I write this BAD review today because I just had a big-a*s fly served in my Pho soup last Tue, finally. Where was the Health Dept? Good grief!
