HORRIBLE! We took the baby out for a month for summer. My mom asked the girls what she needed to do to let them formally know and they told her to send an email online. That is what I did! If you go to their website it allows you to SUBMIT a form. You don't receive anything back. My mother was still charged the following week that the baby was no longer there! Not only that but yesterday was the first day she was going back to the daycare and she came home with a dirty diaper and a rash! I called him to discuss these issues and he was very rude! I asked him to find the email of when I submitted it online. He responded "I don't see anything, check your sent box" how can I check my sent box if I submitted the form online???? When I brought up the rash issue he said "look you're already frustrated about the money issue, this is another issue and I don't believe that she got a rash here, she probably came like that" What???? Do NOT go to this daycare, the cost is not worth it!

Horrible horrible....the Director /Owner has no way of knowing how to treat his employees or the children. The employees are young and inexperienced. They don't know about sanitation. Children are running around with dirty noses and are being half feed. The cameras are decisive. Today is the day I will contact the state with my concerns. They've been citied several times. There is no curriculum at all. Not set schedule for the little ones. I feel sorry for the employees, there trying to do there best but don't have the proper training. These girls are young and can barely care for themselves.

this daycare is horrible. Don't let the cameras fool you. They yell at the kids. They don't have a curriculum. Always new employees because he is very rude to each of them. Kenneth cursed my husband and I out because he charged my account after I left 2 weeks later. Then said he has a policy that I was never shown. I don't know how this daycare is even open. Be careful and think twice before you use this day care. It's horrible. The nanny I have now used to work there and said she was cursed out by Kenneth also and she quit. DONT USE THIS DAYCARE> ITS HORRIBLE> the good reviews on here have to be the owner making up these or parents who don't watch the cameras because they are being productive working. My child was given the wrong bottle and also sent home with so many other children's property. I have pictures and videos of all the violations and will be sending them to the BBB. if you would like to see them yourself let me know. I have an employee yanking my child by the arm and way too many infants in one room with one worker..

i am a single mother to my three year-old son who was looking for a great & safe place my son would be able to stay during my work hours. i felt very comfortable knowing the teachers are patient they educate the children on many different things the director is very involved also the camera system gives me a piece of mind as i am working i randomly look and see what my son is doing feels good to know hes in good hands i am very satisifed that i choose this center for my child you wont regret it

I love this center my kids are happy whenever there is s problem the director resolve the issue. I do not trust my kids with anyone it was hard to let my babies go, but when I seen the center had cameras installed I felt better knowing I can log on to watch them anytime during the day. I am thankful to have kids r young as a child provider to my kid's. great place to start future

The center is very beautiful, the staff during the tour was great with the kids, they presented themselves as educated, professional and considerate to others. The Director was knowledgeable very understanding to my needs and answer all questions I had during the tour! The prices are very affordable to my budget but might to be a little high for others but I have no issue paying because the quality of care my children will received is very high ! Defiantly would inquire if you are looking for a safe, educated affordable childcare center.
