This so called doctor needs to not practice anything having to do with interacting with any human on this planet. I've been diagnosed with 3 chronic painful diseases within the last 6 months and live in pain everyday. My Pain Mgmt doctor made me go see him because of Obamacare. I wasn't even half way done with the test he gives you when he called me to his office. He said let me see what you have, glanced at it and started typing on his laptop. Then he turned to me and said "I just informed your doctor not to treat you or make sure you never get prescribed opiates. I had not even spoken yet. He said I was taking too many benzos for my anxiety. The he guided me out and wouldn't let me speak. He had the nerve to hand me a business card of another associate who is a psychiatrist and said it's obvious you are bipolar, I suggest you make an appointment. On top of the fact that I didn't take a test I was to complete, had a 5 minute talking down to without allowing me to talk, I had to pay for the doctors visit. He also double billed my insurance company, charging them for two separate visits, one at $950 and the other $450. My insurance company called me to verify a few things and the first subject was Kevin G. Smith and the other was my Pain Management doctor as he had billed them for fraudulent visits, labs and procedures. My pain doctor was the one who referred me to Kevin Smith for no explanation as to why I had to visit him. He doesn't deserve even one star but they make you do at least one.

Very helpful Dr. that helped me with an eating disorder that I picked up over the years. Now I am as fat as a cow! Just kidding, I am much better now and am thankful for his help.
