Kennedy Elementary School offers educational opportunities to more than 1,000 students in pre-kindergarten through grade four. It is a part of the Alief Independent School District, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Kennedy Elementary School offers instruction in art, music, fine arts, and health and physical education. It coordinates the English for Speakers of Other Languages program. The school s curriculum includes language arts, math, science and social studies. It administers a coeducational intramural program that includes individual and team physical activities. Kennedy Elementary School maintains a library that stocks a collection of printed and nonprinted educational and reference materials.
