Their service is excellent, they are the best mechanic I know.They have always been honest with me.

The wars shop in Katy I did. Put new tires and I go for alignment they charge me $45 I drove 1 mile my car pulling to the right. I go back I told him my car is pulling he said no warranty one time alignment ?

The worst place in katy. I got ripped of by sam "the owner" he looked me straight in the eye and lied to me. he said that he replaced my head gasket. 2 days later, the dealer told me that he replaced on the seal for the head gasket. 450$$ for the seal! no thank you sam.

I am not an upset customer. I am not an upset costumer who just wants to write his anger out. This place really is what I say. A new owner took over this shop in January of 2012. This is not the same owner who been there for 30 years. Regardless of the new owner ship, I decided to keep my loyalty to the shop. So I have used their service several times in past six months. Each time I thought that their service will get better as they get to know me. The service just kept getting worst.



In my opinion these people are dishonest and cannot be trusted; donâ??t expect them to open on time in the morning. I think they will take advantage of you, so unless you know a lot about cars, you don't want to make aware of problems" avoid this shop.â?? If you canâ??t, then BEWARE of overcharges. Awful service, I would rate this place by a 0 if I could. This place charged me twice for an alignment because it needed a shim plus the cost of shim. They charged me several times to fix the same thing! This place do not honor coupons from their website. Very disappointed of their horrible customer service and would not recommend to ANYONE. They might seem cheaper at first, but are not in the end. DISHONEST company, stay away, bottom line, I will never use Katy expert Auto Care. Sam lied to me about my car and I have had an additional $$ in repairs because of it. He looked me straight in the eye and lied to me. I wouldn't trust them.



Oh and I don't trust the reviews. After reading most of them, it appears that the owner/mechanics is/are writing the reviews. There are similar grammatical mistakes and most people who give reviews do not mention the name of the company over and over again. I think it is in bad taste for a company to write its own reviews.
