This place does not have the resources to deal with a child whom they think might be a bit challenging. This school particularly insulted me about my daughter and could not provide me with any proof to back up there so-called concerns for my daughter. It simply boiled down to them not wanting to deal with her, so they dismissed her without any real cause. If you have a child who might be transitioning from one school to another or if this is their first time entering school, do not enroll your child in this school because they are not trained enough to deal with that. It appears to me that any child who takes them out of their comfort zone or who does not fit into what they think is normal they will dismiss without cause; and they will make up things to justify why they don't want to deal with a child. Now my daughter attends a great school where she is learning and is doing very well. She does not cry or throw a fit when I drop her off either. So it just might be that they were not treating her right at this school. Her new school has certified teachers who are well-trained, and the staff does not change every month and teacher student ratio is below state requirement and they keep it that way. So for the Director at this school to state, they do not have enough resources is the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard coming from an institution who has a license to take care of children. Maybe this school should reevaluate their business practices instead of trying to insult the child. All children are not the same, and you should know that being a child-care provider.

My oldest son has been coming to this daycare for 5.5 years now, he still loves it. He has learned so much and was far ahead of his classmates when he started kindergarten. My 16 month son is loving it just as much as his big brother. He has learned baby sign language and it has allowed us to communicate with him which is amazing! I highly recommend this daycare to anyone.

This place is horrible. The staff is completely clueless about managing daycare. Children who misbehave are given candy and other sweets. Rather than deal with my child's behavior, I was contacted several times per day and week to pick up my child since not enough resources were available to cope with my child's behavior. The director admitted to not having enough staff who are certified/trained to supervise children. On several occasions, my child was no where to be found and/or allowed to wander about the complex and access unsecured areas with little or no supervision. My child was found near the lobby with access to a busy street unsupervised and staff could not answer how my child ended up there. When I spoke to the director regarding these issues, her response was to dismiss my children.

They make me feel like my daughter is their number one priority. She feels like shes apart of a family when I leave her there I know she is safe in their care and security system. After this day care i dont think i can ever find one to compare it to. I will regret leaving them when i move.

My two children attend Kaleidoscope Kids. My 4 year old is excelling in her writing and phonics and my 2 year old knows all his letters, shapes, colors, etc. I am very happy with the curriculum, staff, facility, and price!! I would recommend Kaleidoscope Kids to anyone.

This school truely puts the needs of the children at its highest priority. Great ratios and excellent teachers. Highly recommend.
