I loved Jumping World. I had my party here and it was awesome. I was turning 22 years old and I thought this would be something really different for my birthday party. The party hostess gave me my space but was helpful when I needed it. We only jumped for 45 minutes or so b/c we are old but we had a great time.

Just has my son's 7th party here...worst customer service ever! The party was from 1-3. The pizza arrived at 2:30 and it was cold Domino's Pizza! They forgot to give my son his gift n b day shout out included in package. The hostess was beyond rude. She had an attitude and barely checked on us. Beyond terrible!

Worst birthday party ever, staff is so unfriendly and unorganized. Pizza was late coming, didn't get drinks until almost the pizza was eaten, no folks for the cake. And we were rushed out since the party was over a 3pm. Everyone save your money it's not worth the headache. Kids can't really jump and play the staff are to whistle happy -stopping everyone from playing. Worst Place to have a party!
