Took my vehicle to have a new windshield put in after leaving I discovered that my ashtray had been cleaned out I had approximately $25 in bills and change also they left a vibration rubber off that prevents my rearview mirror from vibrating I would not recommend this to my friends unless you just want a windshield and and don't care about the service

HORRIBLE!!!



I recently bought my truck from my dad(who had a windshield put on by them)

The windshield started to leak in the corner, so I took it in for them to seal it up. They said $20. Ok fine.



The guy comes in and says he's going to have to take off my valet switch for my viper alarm in order to seal it, ok that's fine, as long as it went back up.



After all is said and done, the windshield was sealed (leak was between the windshield and the body), BUT in a completely unprofessional way.



1. There is a sealant stain down my windshield that I can't get off now.



2. There is a sealant stain on my BRAND NEW reupholstered roof



3. The alarm system switch was broken due to roughness by the worker(luckily my warranty covered it to be fixed THANKS CARTOYS)



4. My Bluetooth wire was cut to my radio($66.57 to fix, not covered by warranty)



They NEVER told me before hand "we are not responsible for any damage or cut wires"



And they NEVER gave me a receipt stating that, after the fact.



After 1 week of unanswered phone calls, I went up there, on 3 separate occasions! Each time they said the manager was there I could talk to....he wasn't there. The owner or manager was NEVER anywhere to be found, somehow they could not give me ANY straight answer.



All I asked for, was for the $$ it would take to fix the problem that THEY made, accidentally, for the truck I worked HARD to for to buy.

After 2 weeks of playing chase with these ignorant people, the owner finally was on the phone, and told them "just give him the money"

(They must not have figured that I knew Spanish...it's my native tongue)

Because they(2 younger men) spent 2 minutes IN FRONT of me going back and forth with each other to see if thy should give it to me, and laughed and said "f*** that s***"

Looked at me and said "the owner said go ahead and sue us" and laughed.



SOME unprofessional and disrespectful. Never once did I yell, or get ugly with them. Yet they felt the need to treat a customer like that.



I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

We took our vehicle out to get the left front glass installed. They got us in quickly and had it fixed within the hour. They asked us before making any additional decisions. Overall great experience! Would definitely recommend!
