I am literally sitting outside of this place in complete disbelief at the absolute disrespect the owner of the business just gave me. The machines are constantly malfunctioning and on this evening one of the machines malfunctioned. With the dryers, normally you put in 5 or 6coins press the start button and it goes ahead and puts 40 - 48 minutes on your dryer. I put in my 6 coins and only showed that it applied 2 coins to the machine, giving me only 16 minutes. I tried to more coins just for good measure to double check and make sure that it wasn't just me that the machine was actually malfunctioning. I found the owner who is an older Asian woman, and ask for assistance since the machine wasn't working for me. I walked her over to the machine and put in another one of my quarters to show her that it wasn't working. She tries to press the button a couple of times and says finally yes it is not working in very broken English. I let her know that I at this point had put 7 coins into the machine and I would need my money back so that I can go ahead and move my clothes to another machine and get them to dry. She then hands me two quarters and walks away, as I'm in mid-sentence to telling her no I put in 7 quarters not 2. She turns around and proceeds to tell me that everybody comes in and tells her that that everybody here lies and that 99% of what everybody here tells her is nothing but lies and she can't believe what I'm telling her. She says that she'll have to check the security cameras. I told her to go ahead and do it as soon as possible so that way I may receive my money back. At this point it wasn't even about the 5 quarter difference, it was about the disrespect in the fact that I am a customer of yours and what the hell is 5 quarters to you when I have just put in almost 40 quarters into your machines at this point. When I told her that I needed her to go ahead and look at the cameras she then puts two more quarters into my hands and starts to run away as fast as you possibly can. At this point I continue to pursue her and tell her no I told you 7 quarters. Not 2, not 4, 7. She comes back and continues to tell me that I'm lying just as everyone else here lies and everyone else continues to lie and she can never believe what anybody says. I then asked her are you actually accusing me of lying over five quarters? She says no but everybody lies everybody lies to me. She then gave me two more quarters and pretty much ran out of sight. This is the most disrespectful display of relation between customer and business. I've worked in customer service for over ten years and completely baffled that someone would choose to outright call a customer a liar and lose their weekly business over 5 quarters. There are plenty of places to wash your clothes, don't bother the hassle with this one.
