We have been going to this practice for about three years and for the last two have been overbilled. The last visit I was told that a procedure (mole removal) wasn't covered and paid at the desk. The EOB later came in showing they were paid. At the direction of the front office I called and left numerous messages at the billing office then finally contacted the office again through their portal. I received a call from billing stating that we would receive a refund, one month later no refund. I called again and was told that a new manager had dropped the ball and you will receive a refund within a month. Another month passes and I am then told that they misspelled my name and couldn't find the records. Not worth a law suit but we are moving on; with this degree of unprofessionalism I now have concerns about patient care.
