Dr. Jordan knows his medicine, but his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. Also review your bill carefully because they will try to rip you off and charge you for things you did not authorize or overcharge you. Dr. Jordan himself never has time to speak WITH the owner of the pet he is treating. More often than not, they take your pet back and do whatever they deem necessary BEFORE talking to YOU...the OWNER! In an emergency, I would not hesitate to go to Dr. Jordan, but once the emergency is over, find a vet that treats you, the owner, with respect and common courtesy because you will not get it from Dr. Jordan or the front desk staff.
