I just can not speak highly enough for John Moore Services and everything they have done for me and my family. I called them for an inspection for bed bugs, mice, and cockroaches . The tech was extremely knowledgable, compassionate and dedicated. He made sure to absolutely take care of all of our pest problems and put my mind at ease. Being 8 months pregnant, I was extremely worried to discover all of the pests, but he got to the bottom of it by discovering exactly where the problem was coming from (neighbors). He was available day and night for when I had questions. It is so rare to receive this kind of service, and I am truly thankful.

Great service! After coming home from work and finding my system blowing hot air, they were able to send a tech out immediately. He was courteous and fixed my problem (blown capacitor) quickly. John Moore Services~ Thank you!

John Moore Services does superb work. The job they did for us was massive. It involved having all of the pluming redone in the house and installing a new boiler along with all new radiant. The job was done perfect.

Was very pleased with john moore services. They were knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. We hired them to install a few fixtures and in the process they identified and repaired other small issues that we were initially unaware of. Will definitely use them again.

On a Tuesday, our air goes out. I called another company we've used before, but they told me they couldn't come out until Friday!!!! So, I go online and find John Moore Services. The tech came, had the part in his van, installed it, and our air was up and running within the hour. Our unit is about 14 years old and probably needs replacing later this year, and I am definitely calling them at that time.

John Moore Services is quick, responsive, and everyone I've spoken with was as nice as can be. As a new-ish homeowner, they walked me through everything and I found them so nice to work with and they did a great job. (The technician also showed up within the scheduled window- always a bonus for me!) I had a shower with a faulty lever and cartridge, and he fixed it in under an hour for a reasonable price.

John Moore Services has helped us more than once. They are friendly and knowledgable from the first phone call until the tech arrives. They have come after hours as well. They are our go-to-guy for all things house.

My mother had a water leak at her house. She called John Moore and technicians arrived within 3-4 hours. They said that she has a sever water leak they will have to replace the whole line from the water main to the house. They said they will need to break up concrete on driveway and quoted $6,997.00. They also cut off the water and told my mom she can't have it cut back on until she gets it fixed!



I told my mom to not pay before I come look at it. After looking at where the leak was, I determined that it was coming from elbow in pipe by the house. After seeing what parts I need, I went to lowes and purchased everything for $17 and fixed the water line.



John Moore is a rip off! They tried to take advantage of my mother and held her hostage by cutting her water off! I called them to complain and told them I will be reporting them to Texas Attorney Generals office as I feel that what they did was criminal.



Please if you decide to use John Moore get a 2nd opinion, or better yet, do not use them at all.

I can't tahnk John Moore Services enough for taking care of some plumbing issues for my parents. They were fast, fair and very nice to my folks. We highly recommend and will use them again and agian.

The job was fast and easy. They did an excellent job. I thought I was spending one more night without AC but John Moore Services got the job well done. I definitely recommend them to others. You will not regret it. EXCELLENT!!!!!! God Bless ! Oliver family

Had a water line break at the main in the evening and called for an after hours repair. They got out within 30 mins and made sure to inquire about the break to ensure he would have the right parts when he arrived. Fantastic communication. Fantastic work. and even told us it would be cheaper if he came in the morning since it was after hours. Was Very Very impressed with the whole service call! Thanks John Moore Services

Thank you thank you thank you John Moore Services and your techs that came and saved the day at our office today. So many older ladies trying to work in the heat was horrible. They came quickly and even brought a portable unit to cool us down. We were all very impressed. I def recommend.

I had had a gas leak and needed a plumber come and reconnect a gas line and look into replacing an under floor gas line to my cook top. John Moore Services tech came to the house and inspected the situation, including a full walk around the outside of the house, and advised me of my options for repair. They reconnected a fireplace gas line and did a system pressure check to insure there were no gas leaks in the plumbing. They were courteous and very helpful and explained what they were looking for and doing. They took care when coming in from the outside to cover their shoes and left no mess behind their work. I am very pleased with their service and will certainly call John Moore Services whenever in need of plumbing work in the future.

They installed my air conditioning system on a timely basis. They are very Professional and courteous . I am very Pleased with the work that they did.I recommended to everyone.
