BAD BAD BAD !
Unprofessional, They don't know anything and couldn't help at all. I have a car accident and all they can answer me " I don't know" They told me to go home and file a claim by myself. They gave me a bunch of number and told me I have called the other party and do all the works. They don't keep up with my case. I never meet the agent John Huynh. He let all the works to his staffs, and never show up. 0 Star for this Agent. DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE.
