Delivery driver went to completely wrong address. Didn't speak good English and kept asking for a tip after we waited for almost 1 hr for our food.



This location is starting to SUCK. Only ate there for the convenient delivery but will no longer be lazy and drive to get better quality. smh

If I could give this establishment less than 1 star, I most certainly would!!!



Do NOT spend your money at this place. I initially ordered a meal and while eating my sandwich discovered a bug. I threw the whole bag away (including other food) out of sheer disgust. Spoke with the mgr Colin the next day to inform him of my exp. He apologized, said that b/c the produce is shipped several times a week, they are not always able to catch bugs (0__o) and offered to replace my order. (I called to inform him of the bugs, not to have them replace my food. He insisted.) I called back later to speak to the Asst. Mgr Chris (Colin was leaving at 5pm, told me to ask for Chris) when I was ready to re-order and eat and Chris said he had no prior knowledge of my conversation and was very rude and dry. He then said that he would only replace the sandwich. I was annoyed, 1) Colin had offered to replace my meal b/c I wasted $13.05 on a meal that I only had 3 bites out of. 2) Chris treated me as if I were BEGGING for some damn food. I have ordered from JJ many, many times over the years, both personal and for meetings at work. I had no need to beg for any damn food. I was simply calling back to order based on my previous conversation with the Mgr. He then put me on hold for 7 mins to call Colin and offered to replace 3 of the items I paid for and subsequently trashed, not the complete order. As a customer, I feel he handled me and situation very poorly. The replacement of the food was not really important, it was the utter lack of GOOD customer service and knowing how to respectfully work with and communicate to the public.



I also reported that location to Health Dept regarding their pest issues. After this experience, I will NEVER order from this franchise again. I will also instruct my family, friends, and coworkers to do the same. Money spends everywhere and I will make sure to not eat there so that they remember just how bad customer service does hurt your profit. I will make sure to start ordering from Kenny & Ziggys, Katz's, and Alonti's again, great food and better service all the way around.
