Jesse does some of the finest work you will find anywhere. I had a favorite pair of full quill ostrich. The heel leather had worn out. He replaced the ostrich skin with new and they look like the came out of the box! Great place and he makes custom boots too.

I dropped off my pair of shoes for a repair after i came a week later, he hasn't finish my shoe on time i have to seat there a wait for like 20 minutes. When he has done with it, i saw the sole of the shoe still open, he didn't glue it at all, i have to show it to him over and over again to other places that he hasn't done his work for, he also burnt a little bit on my old vinyl sole, i told him he burnt this, he said that is your old crack line, so he lied. Another thing for the tip of the heel, i paid for a new one to replace it, once i got home the heel didn't go all the way in, i have to use my hammer to pound it, so one shoe is taller than the other. He didn't do a good job for what i paid for, i can still see the glue around my shoe. I paid for 28.15 for a new sole, a tip of the heel and to glue all around the shoe. Whoever consider to fix your shoe at this place don't ever go here, they did a bad job!
