I love Jenny Master's State Farm Agency! They have a way to make you feel like family and get you situated with everything that you need. Would highly recommend!

I was told that I needed to file with the other guys insurance because it was his fault. That I risk not getting my deductable back for a year if I didn't do that. I wasn't asked how I felt after the accident and then Jenny talked over me reinforcing her point. I pay insurance for them to represent me, some representation.

The people at this office, unlike most companies, seem to have your best interest in mind. They take the time to explain your insurance coverage's in a way that is very understandable. There are "cheaper" insurance companies, but Jenny's office is the best of the best, I am sticking with them forever!!
