I had a great experience my last time at Mazda, it has not been like that always but I have noticed everything has improved significantly since I started working with Todd Troublefield! I think he is the best advisor there, very knowledgeable, kind and respectful, always care about your time and how he can sort things out in the quickest way possible. He always explains everything in details and takes time to explain your options and the best way to proceed. I expect to continue seeing this trend in excellence for all my next visits!

This is the second Mazda MX5 I have owned and have been taking it to Jeff Haas Mazda for service. Their service writers are outstanding individuals. On this last visit I was expecting to just drop off the vehicle but Todd Troublefield told me the service could be done while I waited. I had a simple oil change done along with an air filter replacement. My car was done as promised and any additional recommended service was discussed and explained thoroughly by Todd. He is by far my favorite advisor there. He is knowledgeable and explains everything to you. He is also very polite and respectable, which so much better than other dealerships I have been to. Because of his outstanding service and professionalism of all the staff I will continue to service my Mazda at Jeff Haas as long as I own my convertible.

I was one of the unfortunate ones that had my car caught up in an airbag arm recall. My car was parked from August 2016 until January 4th of this year! I was very upset and frustrated about the whole ordeal however, Patrick Tuminello kept in touch and when I called he was always so very helpful which calmed me during the traumatic situation. Unfortunately, he wasn't there when I went to pick up my car and I felt rushed out by the personnel there, I was given my keys an not told where my car was so I went to the last place Patrick and I saw it only to have to walk back to the office and ask where it was parked. It was pointed out to me and when I walked there I found my battery was dead...what a bummer to have to walk back to the office a second time! The personnel took my keys and got the battery boosted, never asked if I wanted water, coffee, etc just took the keys and walked out. Needless to say I was disappointed and felt I as a customer didn't matter.

I have been taking my Mazda here for service since purchasing it. They always take great care of me. My service writer, Allen Hempel, is one of the reasons I continue. He always treats me as a valued customer, suggests services that are due, and keeps me informed on progress when I wait.

Last week, my wife and I bought second car at Jeff Hass Mazda. At first we just looked around compact car. But we met Mr. Robert Deleon and began negotiation. I'm a particular person when purchasing a car. We had negotiated for a long time. However he didn't hurt my feeling and understood my opinion. After contract to buy a car, I requested washing the car several times a day and he accepted it every times without any complaint. In this regard, If you are looking for a dealer, I commend Mr. Robert Deleon to you without reservation.

Since 2001 I have been having my Mazdas serviced by Jeff Haas Mazda. I have also bought additional Mazdas from Jeff Haas Mazda. The service provided by Jeff Haas Mazda has always been excellent and what I have appreciated and expected. During these past 15 years, the very best service manager I have had is Alan Hempel. He always greats me in a very friendly manner and always keeps me updated on the status of the service and explains any additional service that I need. Alan Hempel has treated me in a very professional manner while still maintaining an upbeat and friendly manner.

Ive been going to Jeff Haas Mazda for service since I found the dealership back in the 1990s. Prior to then I mostly had bad experiences at other service departments for non-Mazdas over the many years that Ive been in Houston. But at Jeff Haas I have had only good experiences. Recently I purchased a new 2015 Mazda 3 Hatchback to replace my flooded 2006 version of the same car. I purchased this car and my last car from Jeff Haas mainly because of their service department. They have gone out of their way to assist me on more than one occasion. The sales process was very friendly and straight-forward. My sales person, Ray Maxa, made sure that I got the car that I wanted and made sure that it fit me perfectly. I recommend Jeff Haas for sales and for service to anyone who wants to be treated fairly, expediently and for the right price.

I recently took my CX9 to Jeff Haas Mazda for regular scheduled maintenance. My consultant, Carlos Guzman, had the paperwork ready for me to sign when I drove up. My car was serviced (including a nice car wash) quickly, and I was on my way again. I can't say enough good things about the service department and especially Carlos Guzman. They are the best in Houston!

i purchased my Mazda Tribute from Jeff Haas and hade service performed for life of the vehicle at JH. Carlos Guzman was service advisor and the main reason I used JH for service and repairs. I am seriously considering buying another Mazda only because of the service and having Carlos as my service advisor. He is honest, truthful, dependable and reliable.

I highly recommend the location in Katy. Everyone there is nice and eager to help. It is a very professonal group of people. Todd Troublefield is the one I usually obtain help from because he treats my daughter and I like we are special superstars! It is hard to find old fashion customer service that is why I recommend this location. It's bad enough that you have to spend money you do not want to, but they make it less painful to do so with their excellent service! I would like to share a story. I called Todd one day to let him know I would not be able to come in for my oil change because my husband was in the hospital. Todd later called and asked how was my husband was doing and a week later I asked my sister to call and let him know that my husband had passed away and he sent my daughter and I a sympathy card. That is beyond excellent customer! service!! Keep up the great work Todd!!!

I bought my car in December 2014 and Bert Deleon was the salesman who helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable about Mazda. As a matter of fact, I was torn between staying with Toyota or going with Mazda. His expertise and knowledge of Mazda is what helped me to switch to Mazda. I took my car in for its first maintenance. Mr. Hempel was very polite and helpful and my car was serviced and ready quickly.
