My fiancé bought my engagement ring at this location, and that experience was great so we went back there to buy our wedding bands. I knew exactly what I wanted and my fiancé only liked and tried on 4 rings. I waited close to 5 minutes before even being acknowledged and when I FINALLY was the manager sent some jerk to help us. The ENTIRE time our salesman ( older guy I think his name was Camille) treated us like we were inconveniencing him by being there. Apparently buying $400 wedding bands makes us a waste of time.. We survived him attempting to pawn us off on someone else who was already busy then being rude to us at check out, until he saw we already had a Jared credit card. It was so disturbing. I've never been somewhere (especially a jewelry store) and treated so poorly! EVER! My fiancé and I were so upset we came home and bought Rings ONLINE because the fool salesman didn't even offer us the warranty! No warranty?!? You'd get better service probably from a pawn shop a few miles down the road. We are returning our rings tomorrow and NEVER going back to this location AGAIN!
