Bought a wedding ring from them in October, by the end of December it had lost a stone. If you buy anything from them and want it to be covered under warranty (and believe me, you need it to be covered under warranty) you have to take it in every 6 months to get it examined and make sure that everything is secure. I wouldn't wait 6 months, you need to get it examined every 3 months because they sell crap that falls apart! the settings are loose so get your stones appraised because you will lose them.

I would tell my friends to save their money and go to Walmart for or a pawn shop before wasting your money here.

That smug, patronizing a$$ of a salesman admitted it and wouldn't give me my money back!

Don't do business with the 196...

Don't do business with the 1960 Jared's! Am having two custom rings made and was told the rings would be in in about 4 weeks! On 5th week, I called to inquire about my order. The guy couldn't find my order...as they placed it under my first name! Then he proceeded to tell me that I needed to come back in and approve wax molding. Was never told about this!! No one called me about this! Now I have to go back in for approval...and it will be another 2 weeks! Sucks...big time!!!!! Thanks Jared!!!! You will never get my business again!!!!!!!

NOT SO GREAT

MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGHT MY WEDDING BAND FROM JARED'S 1960 LOCATION AND THE SERVICE SEEMED TO BE GOOD, UNTIL THEY RESIZED MY RING, AND DID A TERRIBLE JOB. THE BAND HAD INDENTIONS ON THE SIDES, AND THE DIAMONDS WERE LOOSE. THEY REORDERED A RING BECAUSE THEY MESSED IT UP SO BAD, BUT WHEN THE NEW ONE CAME, THE BAND LOOKED COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. WE DECIDED TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL ONE, EVEN WITH IT MESSED UP. THEY DID OFFER TO TRY AND MELT SOME MORE GOLD ONTO IT TO TRY AND FIX IT, BUT I REFUSED. I AM NOT LETTING THEM HANDLE MY RING ANY LONGER. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, ESPECIALLY BAD BECAUSE IT WAS RIGHT BEFORE OUR WEDDING! TALK ABOUT ADDING TO THE STRESS!! THEY DO HAVE NICE PRODUCTS, BUT HORRIBLE WELDERS ON THE RINGS. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM
