I went to visit Mrs Oviatt on or around March to May she asked me for a retainer fee of 2000 Now Im working trough the state bar of texas to get my file and money back from her I have called her and show up to her office wrote her letters asking for to return my fie and money since she never work for or did anything for me or my wife, I WOULDNT BOTHER WITH HER IF SHE WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL is now October and I still dont have my money or file back Ieft her voice mails and emails and I still have not heard from her its just so sad that she dosent value her clients.
