BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

First, it appears Jack Carroll has treated many others the same way he has treated my family and I....like crap! I have had to contact the police on multiple occasions and file a police report on this man for constant harassing and threatening phone calls. Ive even received threatening phone calls and insulting text messages at midnight and 5am in the morning from this man threatening me to take down negative reviews that I never posted.

He NEVER, EVER returns phone calls, shows up late to court and cant finish the job like he thinks he can. He also has no relationships with those in the courthouse, but tells you that to increase your chances of hiring him! When my family begged Jack to answer my phone call that he was ignoring for months and pulled money out to give to him, this low-life actually had the audacity to take the $20 even after he was hired! WOW! That's pretty pathetic! This shady attorney will NEVER take responsibility for his actions and own up to it. This is why I post this review and want to make it clear to Houston that Jack Carroll will never change his ways of operating unethically....EVER! I truly believe Jack Carroll is a very disturbed man. He lies so much I don't believe he realizes when he does it. Over the years Ive seen dozens of negative reviews about Jack Carroll removed and its because he will threaten to sue and go after the people that speak out honestly of their very poor experience with this con-artist.

My intentions of this review are not to hurt anyone, but to help others from falling victim and being taken advantage of like my family and I have been. I just wish Jack Carroll try to reform his life and his profession! His unethical actions will never stop because he continues to point the finger and blame others, never taking responsibility. Hopefully, for the sake of many, he wont be practicing law much longer!

I can not say enough about the tremendous service Jack did for my family member. Sometimes good people make bad choices, however it does not mean they are a bad person. Jack represented my family member with the utmost respect and dignity. He worked diligently and tirelessly to win a favorable outcome. He continuously kept us up to date on the progress he was making and reassured us through suchba difficult time. Through his skill and knowledge he was able to have the charges reduced to a fraction of what was initially presented.
Jack is a true professional and if you ever find yourself in a difficult situation he should be the first and only attorney you call

Jack asked me to write this review and I am more than happy to do it. My brother Ricky was charged with murder of a police officer for the unfortunate death of a sheriffs deputy. My family and I pulled together and hired jack on the case, but because of the severity of the case we thought he would spend the rest of his years in prison. Needless to say Jack won the trial and my brother is at home to this day with his wife and children and not in prison like many other innocent individuals. Years later i myself made a terrible mistake, I was apprehended with several ounces of cocaine and a firearm by the police. I was offered 20 years, at my time of crisis i called jack and hired him for this case as well. I had a suppression hearing where I received differed adjudication, my case has since been dismissed soon there will be no public record of it. My partner that I was arrested with chose to hire a different attorney and received 20 years for the same crime. I saw a bad review on AVVO about Jack and it really pissed me off. I have been knowing Jack for at least 10 years and I have never met anyone that can say anything bad about him in his practice. Feel free to contact me if you have any question about Jack, I will be honest and try to help you or your family because I know what it feels like, when a family member or myself if faced with these serious allegations and the wrong decision could mean years of imprisonment.

I visited several attorneys before choosing Mr. Carroll to represent me. From day one, he was professional, supportive and knows the law... My case was dismissed and I would definitely recommend Mr. Carroll to any friend or family member in the future.

A vexed ex-employee filed false sexual allegations against me. I called around, spoke with several criminal defense attorneys before hiring Jack Carroll. I was revolted by the charges, and disheartened that I would have to go to court to clear my name. Since we were the only two people in the room when the false charges were filed, it would be my word against hers. Jack found that previously she had conflict with a couple other employers. Mr. Carroll turned the direction of the trial, to prove that this woman was lying. Jack is very diplomatic in the court room. His mastery of the law is unquestionable. My case was dismissed before the jury went to delibrate. Mr. Jack Carroll is terse, intelligent, and has the experience to help clear your good name.

Jack B. Carroll is a fearless attorney. Goes into court with the mind set that you are going to walk out of that court room, a free person. I was charged with a serious crime, didn't think there was a way I would get out of it. He told me to put my faith in him, believe my innocence would be proven. I did, and the result was not guilty. The heavy anxiety I felt was gone. I am in awe of Mr. Carroll, and hold him in high esteem.

I was arrested for a sexual crime. I reviewed attorneys on line and selected Don D. Becker. He told me that anyone can lie, accuse someone of anything. This was true in my case. Mr. Becker told me that we would have to go to court. In the courtroom, he had the witnesses acting like they were dim wits, changing their testimony. He does not hold back anything, he was vicious. The jury was listening to him. I was a nervous wreck while we waited on the jury. I was found not guilty. Those were the best words I ever heard in my life. The time Mr. Becker devoted to my case, his intense scrunity of all the information, gave me back my life. If you ever need an excellent attorney, call him. My family and I are both thanful we made the right call. Finese choice, I ever made.

Mr. Carroll was referred to me by a friend, I scouted around for quite awhile before settling on his services.

I checked out his other reviews which by the way were very impressive. Going into court, I knew I had

a tough hill to climb, I was very nervous and felt my life as I knew it was gone. Mr. Carroll went to work

on my behalf, he is one hell of a hurricane in the court room. Half way through my case, I knew I had

a chance, with Jack in my corner, I could not loose, my case was dismissed. Thank you Jack

Jack is well known around the court house and respected for his wisdom and knowledge of criminal. He is a smooth talker and knows the business.

I highly recommend Jack Carrol, I don't usually give reviews, however, he saved our family a lot of heart ache, I just wanted to let other people know that he can be trusted to do a professional job. Your in good hands.

Jack was referred to us by an associate. My husband was given an DUI fine, it was his first offense and he knew he made a bad choice. We called Jack who was very understanding and patient,
