Absolutely horrible. Always miss my trash pick up. I have two trash cans on the curb and they haven't picked it up. But they drive right by. I live on the main st coming into ponderosa forest. All my neighbors and others drive by my trash cans all week wondering why there not being picked up. We've called numerous times. We're promised by the little girl who answers the phone over and over that out trash would be picked up. It never was. I sat on the HOA board and meet the owner of j&s trash. What a shame he lets his company get this type of reputation. If your HOA is considering this company. Be very careful, I personally have had nothing but problems. This is about the 12th incident with this company.

Driver hit my son's parked car and totaled it. 2 weeks later the owner still has not paid for it. The truck driver has no valid drivers license and NO INSURANCE on the truck. Owner is very irresponsible and does not care about service. I would give half a star if I could.

This is the WORST trash service I have ever had. I moved into the Ponderosa subdivision in July of 2015 and was unaware of the mandatory "back door service" that would be charged. I thought it meant exactly what it said, back door service, but unless I took my trash out to the curb it wouldn't get picked up. The secretary, Nadia, is absolutely no help and the so called owner can never return my call. I am completely fed up and would not recommend this Trash Company to my worst enemy.

The worst trash service I have ever had in over 30 years in the same subdivision,j&s used to be customer friendly! Wow what a change! I have not had my trash picked up for four weeks now to only be told by their office that the route Mgr now has my address and all corrected,after 3 calls and being told by the workers on the truck that all is well and it would be picked up,by the way the route workers were very rude, I still did not get my trash picked up on what is now the 4th week!

Sporadic trash pickup in the beginning, but has improved. Driver of one of their trucks hit my mailbox and destroyed it. I was told it would be replaced. One week after another, I was told to expect a new mailbox, and still have not gotten one. I have surveillance video of him hitting it. They've seen the video and have agreed to replace it. But I have yet to see one show up. What I have gotten is one promise of one "next week", over and over. My HOA knows about this and is reviewing options to resolve this. I will take this to small claims claims court if I have to. Just replace my mailbox! It's that simple.

Worst trash service ever I don't even give it a half star. I live in oak creek Village for the past 18 months and I would gladly pay double for someone else for trash services.

Some of these online reviews are concerning to read as a business that prides itself on customer service. Complaints are opportunities to improve and grow to meet and exceed our customers expectations. In evaluating our service and the concerns presented to us, we have new management in place as of late 2010 and have seen improvement in many areas. As well, we have purchased 2 additional collection trucks to meet heavy demand and as back up in the event a service truck has a mechanical failure. I am a BIG believer in complim...

I am a BIG believer in complimenting great service and letting them know when they missed the mark. I moved to my house 3 years ago and I will admit there were a few times I was confused about the back door service and what you could and could not put out to recycle so I would get frustrated. Now I have not had any problems with J & S Trash Service at my house. They never miss a pick up and I even offer the guys who pick up the containers a soda or water when it is hot. I'm sure that is a hard job! So thank you J & S Trash for your great service and I appreciate you!
