I've tried for three days to speak to Jose. I've spoken to two other people who said only Jose can make appointments. I have called at just after 7 AM and during the day without one returned phone call. I wouldn't give them a chance now to look at my pool if Jose dosen't have the courtesy to even call me back. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time!!! He may be busy but so am I. My customers get returned phone calls within an hour at the latest and only if I'm with another customer. Bad business!!!

This place was great. Very helpful in everything I needed. They finished their task before time and did an amazing job! I would recommend this place to everyone.

During a 7 minute phone conversation, I was placed on hod 4 times! I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I had a plumber, leak detection person come out and they said my waterfall needed to be remortared. I paid them $200.00 for this information and they had recommended I call JR's to do the repair. The lady whoi answered the phone said it would be $75.00 to come out and see what was wrong if that was the problem, that they do not accept what other people say is the problem. So why is the other person recommending them? I told her there are too many pool repair places in Southwest Houston to be treated rudely and to pay again to tell me what I already know. I recommend calling someone else!
