As a long time customer of Itt of Houston we've always been pleased products and service, but after a recent outage they'll alway be heros. We have a fairly large phone system and all of our lines went dead. After dealing with the dial tone provider for hours, they laid the blame on the PBX. So on a holiday weekend I contacted Itt's 24/7 support line, inside of 30 minutes they figured out exactly what the problem was with our dial tone providers lines. Another call to Logix (our dial tone provider) and surprise, surprise with the information provided by Itt we were back working. These guys really know their stuff!
