Here’s a review after owning the iSmartSafe alarm system for almost 3 months:

Installation: Alarm system works great! It is pretty simple to set up. It will take you more time to decide on locations for the sensors than the actual time to set them up. Total setup time is less than 1 hour.

System responsiveness: The system is very responsive and mobile alerts are sent in real time. If the alarm goes off, you will get a mobile alert from the app with information about the actual sensor tripped; this app alert will be followed a few seconds later by a phone call from the alarm system.

Door chimes: You can set door chimes, you can select which sensors will make a chime noise, like exterior doors and maybe a garage motion sensor.

System customization: You have 2 alarm modes, home and away. Using the app you get to chose which sensors will trip home mode and away mode. For example, if you want it to trip the alarm even if your alarm is active in “home mode” such as when you’re sleeping at night, where motion sensors inside won’t trip the alarm, but doors or windows opening will do so. You can do all this from the app even away from home.

Motion sensors: I like iSmartSafe pet-immune motion sensor before I have a pet at home. It works great.

The app: This is probably the best part about this alarm, that there is no need for a desktop PC to reach any advanced features and that you can configure it from anywhere. From arming the alarm from office (if you forgot to arm it before leaving), to disarming remotely if needed. The app is extremely user-friendly and very intuitive, so this is probably the best part. Very well organized and all iSmartSafe devices can be controlled from the app.

And now the best part about this alarm system and what makes them different and better than the rest of the systems out there: iSmartSafe has the alarm system, security camera, and video doorbell, they can all work together with the same app.

I would recommend anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable and reputable security company to use iSmartSafe. Peter was extremely helpful and wowed us with his professionalism and courtesy. He took the time to answer the millions of questions I had. Not to mention, the price savings with iSmartSafe was substantial compared to what we paid with another well-known security company. We will be recommending iSmartSafe to any and all our friends looking for security services. Go iSmartSafe!

Purchased iSmartSafe Premium Package 4 months ago. Overall, very happy with the product especially for the price. And the system works great!

So far so good. Easy to use app to control system. All of us (3 family members) received all of the alerts message immediately upon alarm being triggered. I like the fact I can add to the system as I want. And the best part is no monthly fees.

Great home security system! Especially the Video doorbell. the picture and video are so clear. 2-two communication is so great. I can hear my guest voice clearly even when I am at office. Big bonus-Free video storage, I do not need to pay monthly fee for the video storage. (Unlike Ring, it charges a monthly fee)

I wanted a way to monitor my home when I am away without paying a monthly fee. This product does exactly that. I have used it for one year and I love the system.

We bought iSmartSafe home security systems three months ago . As far as good! I really like WiFi and Cellular double connection function. So I do not need to worry about losing WiFi signal or power outage. Most cellular home security systems in the market requires monthly fee. None of them in the market have both wifi and cellular. That is why i pick iSmartSafe. Hope helps.

The system is quite sophisticated. It is very convient to control and view remotely. I buy a premium package. So far it is good, I recommend it.

This is a great self monitoring security system. Very easy to install and set up. I really like the idea of self monitoring, rather than paying a company to notify me of an incident. I can take the appropriate action, when the system notifies me through my smartphone.

After considering several systems in comparison with iSmartSafe, I chose this because it has double connection/protection functions (WiFi and Cellular). This is the only home security system, which has both connections/functions in the market. The installation process was pretty straight forward and simple to understand. The system can also work well with their wireless security camera. It is very useful. When I receive the alarm message, I can view my house remotely through my smartphone.

This is a great system! It's very easy to operate, very safe, cost efficient for sure. I love this product, I have and will recommenced it to everyone I know who is looking doe home security solutions.
