Unless you get the premium plus seats, don't waste your time here, go to Studio Movie Grill. Better viewing, sound and service.

Since last year I have been surprisingly disappointed in the lack of customer service. As one of only 4 Platinum members in Houston who has purchased 130 tickets in 11 months and spent hundreds of dollars on food and beverages. I have never been thanked for my loyalty and have been ignored by the GM who refers to my partner and I as whinny cry babies. The GM has instructed her staff, who she treats horribly and are so afraid of her that they will not report her to their own employee hotline, to never give us anything free as Platinum members. We escalated our poor treatment to the Regional Director and were given nothing but lip service. He never apologized or took ownership of the valid customer service issues that we and other members have been having since they opened. I am never going back to iPics Houston and will never recommend them to anyone. Do not waste your money! I have attached a picture of the broken urinals in the men's room, that have been that way for a week with trash bags covering them up to give you a visual of the piss poor service you can expect.
