Horrible customer service!! Receptionist was extremely rude/inappropriate. She assumed I was unable to receive, request, &pay for specific services outofpocket because of the type of insurance coverage that my children have. When I explained that it is my decision to make, and I would like to get the professional opinion from the Dr before she assumed what my child may need or what I may pay for. Once the Dr came out he was also equally rude and inappropriate. He attempted to tell me what I said regarding concerns with my child's vision, and then tried to include my child who is a minor in an adult disagreement as a way to demean my original complaint with his receptionist. Another receptionist gratefully began assisting me and attempted to turn the horrible first impression with the optometrist into a better experience. I appreciate her effort but I will never recommend this location to anyone. I will search for another optometrist that values the customer and community it services.
