uncomfortable and unforgetable

The manager is nice but the guard at night is rude and will make your stay unforgetable.If you have a problem don't call him he will hang up on you and make your stay as uncomfortable as he can. The manager needs to put a stop to his bad behavior. All I can say is its easier to just say NO! Plus the hwy noise is awful, the parking spots are small so count on door dings. Hopefuly my complants to the head office will help keep others safe from the night guard. I know when I check out I will cancel my credit card just to be safe.
