Within a few months of purchasing these dryers they started to break down. First the screens are cracked the touch isnt working. Than it will only adjust to certain temps and speeds... now the do not work at all! The company does NOT answer any phone calls but asks you to email them. I have emailed for weeks returned dryers to them and they refuse to respond. So my salon is short 4 dryers at this point and IHB wont answer the phone! RIP OFF
